Shipping Policy

We ship orders quickly, securely and discreetly, with tracking from checkout to your door.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship with USPS and FedEx. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, though times can vary by location and carrier. Shipping is a flat $20.00 per order.

Discreet packaging

Every order is sealed, boxed and packed in a protective bubble mailer. The outside packaging shows no product names, branding or descriptions. No signature is needed on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to find it. If it’s lost, we reship free of charge.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, and internationally to the UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia where permitted by local law. International bulk and wholesale orders are available for approved partners: see wholesale.
